 is a Financial Results reporting application for the web. It allows the user a facility to create customized reporting formats for financial results.
The system is developed in Active Server Pages with Microsoft SQL Server as the database.

The application can be used to display data on websites hosted on any platform. It simply uses HTML and Javascript to function.
The user can create customised formats for displaying the financial results. The formats can be modified and altered.
The user can created line items in the format that are derived (calculated) from other input data.
The data entry is restricted to authorised users.
The viewing of the data can be integrated into the corporate website and can match the look and aesthetics of the users website. The user is not required to have any programming knowledge or experience.
The user can swiftly alter the colours and aesthetics based on a Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) by using a menu driven interactive interface.
It allows the user to convert the financial information in any currency and denomination of choice.

| Working |
An initial setup is required to design the format of the results. This mainly consists of the line items (Income, Expenditure etc) that are to be displayed in the financial results.
The user then inputs the data relating for the financial results directly on the web after due authentication.
The results are instantly displayed on the users website.
From a single entry point, the latest unaudited quarterly financial results and upto last 5 years audited results are automatically displayed in the prescribed format.
Once the data is updated, it sends an email to a specified subscriber email id and to the auditors email id, a report of the date and time of entry / change of the data into along with the detailed results. This is to provide an audit trail of such changes for the auditor to provide this information in the annual report on corporate governance.
