The system is developed in Active Server Pages with Microsoft SQL Server as the database.

The user can create customised formats for displaying the tanker information. The formats can be modified and altered to suit the industry requirements.
The application has various authentication and authority levels to allow access to users on a need basis.
The viewing of the data can be integrated into the corporate website and can match the look and aesthetics of the users website. The user is not required to have any programming knowledge or experience.
The user needs to enter the tankers particulars only once and the information is available in a variety of questionnaires that are prevalent in the industry.
The system presently has about 35 questionnaires like Q88, HVPQ etc and the list is growing fast.
The authorised user can modify any information relating to the ship and the change is reflected in all formats.

The user subscribes to the service and is provided a data entry screen with a list of questionnaires and tankers.
The user then enters the relevant data pertaining to all the different information required in all the questionnaires for each ship. The information is not required to be repeated for each questionnaire.
Once the data is entered, the questionnaires are instantly available on the users website.
